By downloading, installing, or using SmartSpend (the “app”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

You must be at least 13 years old to create a SmartSpend account. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Do not attempt to break, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Do not use SmartSpend for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

SmartSpend provides budgeting tools, insights, and AI-generated suggestions for informational purposes only. It is not professional financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Any decision you make based on the app is your own responsibility.

Premium plans and one-off purchases, where available, are billed through the applicable app store or payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through that store or processor. One-off items are consumed immediately and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your financial records belong to you. You can export, reset, or permanently delete your data at any time from Profile → Data Management. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the app evolves.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartSpend is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. You may stop using SmartSpend and delete your account at any time.

We may update these Terms of Service. Material changes will be surfaced in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
